Who are these boxes for?
These boxes are for anyone navigating chronic illness, fatigue, pain, burnout, or grief for the life they once had and those who want self-care that feels attainable, not exhausting.
You don’t need to be feeling well or “doing enough” to deserve this.
What comes in a Hope in Bloom box?
Each box includes a thoughtfully curated mix of comfort-focused self-care items. Contents may include handmade products, soothing tools, and small supports designed to help you rest, regulate, and feel cared for without requiring extra energy.
How does the subscription work?
When you subscribe, you’ll receive a themed Hope in Bloom box on a recurring schedule — either monthly or quarterly (every 3 months). Each box features a different theme and is prepared shortly before shipping.
When will I be charged?
Subscriptions are charged before your box ships.
If you subscribe between the 22nd of the previous month and the 4th, your first charge will apply to the following month’s box. This is simply to prevent you from being charged twice in a short time frame and to ensure each box is prepared with care.
Can I pause, skip, or cancel my subscription?
Yes — always.
There is no minimum commitment. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal. If you ever have trouble, you can email us at contact@shophopeinbloom.com and we’ll help.
What if my needs or finances change?
That’s completely okay.
Hope in Bloom is meant to support you — not pressure you. You’re welcome to pause or cancel at any time if your health, energy, or finances shift.
When do boxes ship?
Subscription boxes ship monthly and are prepared shortly before the 5th of each month. Please allow 2–3 days for processing, followed by 3–4 days for shipping.
Where do you ship?
At this time, Hope in Bloom ships within the United States only.

Are your products safe for sensitivities?
We do our best to be mindful of sensitivities. Some boxes include fragrance-free items, while others include low-scent products that have been found suitable for those sensitive to strong scents.
All sprays and oils are handmade by us. We aim to keep boxes gluten- and nut-free, but if you have specific concerns about an ingredient, please reach out before purchasing.
Hope in Bloom products are not intended to treat or cure medical conditions, but to gently support your self-care.
What if I don’t use everything right away?
That’s completely okay.
There’s no right way or timeline to use your box. You can save items for later, use only what feels supportive, or revisit them on harder days. The box exists to meet you where you are.
